Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your G-Mitra purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must not have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized orders, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at returns@g-mitra.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Refunds & Fees
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to oversized furniture items (like Sofas and large Storage Cabinets).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
