Delivery Times & Rates
At G-Mitra, we strive to deliver your new furniture as quickly and safely as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $500, a flat rate shipping fee applies.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@g-mitra.shop with your name and order number.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the contiguous United States. We are working hard to expand our logistics network and hope to serve international customers in the near future.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of the damaged item and its original packaging to process a claim with our shipping carriers.
